Our clients’ employee benefits program should not only be competitive, but also compliant with Federal and State laws and regulations. As such, Cobbs, Allen & Hall has a compliance team, which includes a Benefits Compliance Consultant. Our Senior Compliance Consultant is an attorney with ten years experience consulting in the benefits industry. To assist our clients with program compliance, our Compliance Consultant is diligent in remaining current on new legislation.

As a follow-through, our Compliance Consultant in turn keeps clients abreast of changes in the laws that affect their employer-sponsored benefits, as well as, addressing their specific needs.

In addition to our Compliance Consultant, CAH has a full staff of account representatives who have extensive experience in employee benefit program placement, implementation and administration. They also support clients with their compliance needs. And, when necessary to provide assistance beyond our scope internally, CAH partners with regional and national law firms, 5500 preparers and other professionals whose services compliment ours.
